GENERAL

Delivery Time: Usually 4 to 7 days after an order is placed
Shipping Charge: JPY380(including consumption tax) per order of any number of books. Free shipping for a purchase of more than JPY10,000 (including tax).
Payment: To be Collect On Delivery (COD)
Confirmation E-Mail: Upon receipt of order, Order Confirmation E-mail will be sent. Any other necessary communication, such as out-of-stock notice, shall be made also via E-mail.
Price: Listed prices are now including Japanese consumption tax. The prices in parenthesis are those without tax.
Return and Replacement: In principle, we do not accept any return or replacement request. Please check your order carefully before you place it. We, however, replace only those items that are damaged due to accidents in transit, or that are different from what have been ordered.
International Delivery: Except orders for Nipponia, no international delivery service is available.

) or other Search pages to find a book you wish to order.
(All the search pages and order pages are only in Japanese.)

THEN,

Order from the Search Result List () page: Click the check box on the left of a title to select order items.（Multiple selection is possible.）
When you finish selection, click the button("Order Selected Items").; （Any item without a check box cannot be ordered.）
Order from the Book Particulars () page: Click the button("Order This Item").; （If the button is not shown, the book cannot be ordered.）
Order Form Page
[Order Form Page will be also open, when you click the line ("View Shopping Basket") shown in the left frame of this page.]: Review the list of your orders.; To cancel an item, erase the check mark by clicking the check box on the left of a title.; Should you wish to order more than one copy, please overwrite the number of copies in the box on the right of the page.; Fill out blank boxes of name (), E-mail address (), etc. to provide necessary information, then click the button("Transmit Entries").
Confirmation Page: Once again, check your order list. If there is nothing to correct, click the button("Order Now"). Your online order is now complete.; If you wish to make any changes, click the button("Make Changes"). Rewrite the order form and follow the above instruction once again.
